I noticed that during this entire chapter Ruby was Sarina and she had no stars in her eyes. In contrast Aqua always kept his stars, even if at the end it dropped back to a single light star. So Aqua still has the eyes of a liar for this chapter. I don't know if he's lying to himself by resisting Ruby, or if he's still revenge obsessed and lying to Ruby to get what he wants, but incest hasn't won yet.

I'm still holding out hope that now Ruby has finally fulfilled the dream and wishes of Sarina that she'll let it go and accept that Aqua isn't Gorou anymore.
