my new EP of covers called SONGS I LIKE IN 2025 is out everywhere now :))

its been TOO LONG!! but i'm finally back on the platform where i first started posting my music at 13 yrs old, and where i met musician friends who have changed my life. it seems like a such a small thing, but in being able to post on bandcamp again i feel like i'm reuniting with an old friend.

when i signed to a label back in 2018 i didnt realise that they didn't have a deal with bandcamp, which meant it would go against my contract to keep posting there. i was a little devastated, but always hoped someday i could return. as of recently, i've been released from my major label deal and i can post wherever tf i want!!!!

i'll be breaking the ice with some covers i've been working on recently, and i'm planning on uploading all my future music on bandcamp just like old times :)

is anyone still following me who remembers my bandcamp days??

This song always reminds me of my dog as i listened to it when i was sad about her once. Today is her last birthday, she has cancer and is expected to pass away in about a month. Thank you for covering this Robbie, i needed it today /pc. :(

Robbie coming back to Bandcamp made me realize it's been over 10 years since I've been following the work of my favorite artist Cavetown.

I'm a little younger than Robbie, but in much deeper ways than I could explain in a YouTube comment, it really starts meaning something in your life when you grow up with an artist that is growing up at the same time as you. I went through School and High-School listening to "Everything is Made out of Stars" and "This is Home", I remember crying to the sound of "Hug All Ur Friends" and then crying again to a bunch of other songs, and now I am transitioning, and it's being difficult, and I can still find comfort in your songs... I think I can really say at this point that so far the soundtrack of my life has been Cavetown... I'm really glad you are back at bandcamp Robbie... I really hope you can make music forever

Her album was released around a month before my cat died. I never got to sing this song to him, but I think he would've loved it. This... This is... I never could've asked for a better tribute to my cat. Her song sounds so much like mourning but you sound so hopeful. Like you're still living even though life keeps trying to knock you down.
