They did me the same way with the beneful. I was credited for the single can, even though i bought the sleeve. Same as in the photo. They told me i purchased a single can and was given the correct amount, so i sent them proof and haven't heard back from them.

Wish I would’ve came across this video before shopping! I submitted a ticket for THREE different offers that didn’t pick up on my receipt, got a generic response that my items don’t match the barcodes (they do)— “all the best, happy shopkicking”. Not very happy shopkicking 🙄

I had scanned items the past three shopping trips and it didn't pay also. I am in the same boat. So sad to see it go, but it must be. I don't want to spend three hours of time on a 15 cent item. I know it's an exaggeration, but sometimes, really not. But, I did quit them. I'm good to go, and happy.

I don’t blame you at all! I stopped using them over a year ago. The sad part is that all of the rebate apps are making changes that never seem to be in our favor. We appreciate all of your hard work. Hang in there 😊

I’ve had the same issues. I wasn’t credited for Baby Magic or Curad bandages & there was no way to correct it. I also don’t believe I should pay taxes on items that I’ve already paid taxes on. It doesn’t seem worth it anymore. Thank you for trying to get us answers.

I remember the days when just a walk-in gave you 200 kicks at sooo many stores. it was so easy to rack up 1000 kicks in one shopping trip, for doing nothing but walking around a mall. 😢

Thank you for the video. I too recently had an issue with receipt submission with the new system. I bought 9 Fillo’s tamales (3 of each flavor as was the limit) and a Taco Bell Dip. $25 worth of items I would not have normally bought if not for Shopkick. Their system could not find any items nor were they available for a receipt correction. I bought the same items the day before and thought maybe it was a glitch where the offers didn’t reset but didn’t show them as greyed out or just gone. I did contact them, got the generic “you can correct your own receipt now!” reply but was credited all the missing kicks in the end. But I was going to be very very upset if i were going to have to return all 10 of those items to Walmart! However I’m really hesitant to use it if I can’t tell whether an offer has reset or not so I was going to take a break for a bit too while they work out the kinks. I’m glad to hear I’m not alone in this frustration. They have yet to get me on the tax thing but I feel like I’m getting close to that happening too. Hopefully they realize how many loyal users they are going to lose if they don’t get these issues fixed asap. I love Shopkick and the high value rebates but I have enough stress in my life without fighting with rebate apps too.

I had to read this several times before I figured out the problem. They are saying that when anybody gets to 500.00(no matter how they earned it)they are required to put your info in their file. Then they basically say that your info will just sit there unless you surpass 600.00 in non purchase kicks. I hope I explained that better than they did.

Shopkick has been missing g a lot of items. However, I usually do get the kicks once I contact them without scanning the items. My phone doesn't work in Walmart so I can't scan in there. Same with Dollar General. Phone only works in one small section of each store.
