This is exactly the answer to my questions, or in other words, the criteria that I have been seeking for over the Internet.
I was suspecting whether what I had sense toward this subject (P.D. of matrices) would be true or not. You exactly pinpoint what I was looking for on YouTube.

I have watched some couple of videos on YouTube. None were convincing like that of yours. Even the MIT Open-Course-Ware !

How will you know that we have to check all the principal minors?? It is not clear.

You have a little bit accent, but that is acceptable. More importantly, you wrote the required notes on the whiteboard. I think if it was even in another language, still it could be understandable.
