thank you!! restarting the windows explorer helped me a lot, ctrl + shift + esc --> scroll down to find the windows explorer and right click then restart

when i went to turn system icons on and off the power icon is toggled on but its greyed out? what should i do? is my windows 10 pro missing something?

None of them worked. In fact, Batteries isn't listed in my Device Manager, in spite of this being a Surface Pro 7.
