Why is there a different percentage of reservations for different categories of people..? If it is based on the percentage of population, then the percentage of reservations should also be different in each state government services as per their percentage of population in each state..This is infringement of fundamental rights of Swaran Samaj or you can say General category people in India and in different states in India. Congress Party and BJP party, including all other political parties, should give justice to all. Congress, BJP , BSP and all other political parties are the enemies of General Category people in India. General Category people in Himachal Pradesh are 55 percent, in Punjab are 49 percent, in Haryana are 45 percent, in Assam are 55 percent, in West Bengal are 54 percent, . In Maharashtra, 43 percent, in jammu and Kashmir are 70 percent .then percentage of reservations for E W S should be as per population of General category people in different states of India .

Application fees bhi caste wise hota hai.UR logo ke liye jitna application fees hota hai usse kam hota hai baki castes ki fees.Abhi SC/ST logo ne apply kiya usi fees ko pay karke matlab unhone already reservation ka use kar liya hai.Kya wohlog iske baad bhi UR category me select honge?

Sir waiting list kis tharah se operate hongi, 4 post pr exam tha(3 ur and 1 obc)
Obc selected not joining, then wait list 1st (UR) ko lenge ya wait list 3 (obc) ko because ek bar appointment k time reservation mil chuka h, ek bar Orr denge kya

I have never seen a SC/ST candidate get seat in UR Category in the final merit list(I mean I have never seen "applied in "SC/ST", selected in "UR" category) through out my entire life. But I have seen many times an OBC candidate get a seat in UR Category. There may be this type of rule exist, but SC/ST candidates never want to come under UR Category coz they will loss promotion in their jobs.
