In the video, to fill staples, the video, Incorrectly Says, "simply pull the lever back, " You actually have to push slightly forward then up and then back to get to the staple fill to open.

So loading staples was a real snap for me.  I pulled the back piece to load staples and it was jammed.  I pulled a bit harder and the back piece snapped off.  Is that what you meant by loading staples is a snap?

This is my second one. The first one jammed immediately. The second one is jamming again and I can't release the back to load staples. Right at the end of tax season when I need it the most. Thanks.

ah, if only. the staple jam mechanism seems to be welded into place and the staple replacement won't slide out either. its a great thing WHEN IT WORKS.

How do you get the back to open - is there a trick to it? I squeeze the sides just like in the video and have tried pulling from all angles, and it won't budge. HELP

The stapler is not jammed but when I use it, it will not fold the staple on the back side.  Is there and adjustment?

Yeah this thing is a conundrum wrapped in an enigma, shrouded in mystery. Even with the correct staples loaded properly, the thing jams 100% of the time, and doesn't advance the staples. 0/10, would not recommend.

You talked so fast, (you do not have to be hurry like that) and it was not clear at some points. How do you open the part in the back to load? Look at your video, that seemed to be easy to pull it out. But that is not really like that. Users have to push the black part to the front before they squeeze and pull it back. Because there is a spring inside.

This is by far the most problematic paper weight available on the market. That is about all it is good for because stapling is expecting way too much from this pricey junk
