I have the smaller version that I like. My boss has this version. It is much easier to operate on an on going basis. The button on the backside to free the staple holder had broken off on my boss's version and had to get a screwdriver to open it up.

Little trick for anyone who's button stops working, if you remove the button there is a little piece of metal at a right angle, if you depress it you will be able to open the stapler again.

I don't think it opens wider to staple on bulletin boards and such.

Bought it, first stapling I did jammed with 32 pages. :S It says guaranteed 40 pages no Jam.

The strip of staples is too long for the thing that holds the staples so you have to break the strips in order to make them fit. Is there something I'm doing wrong in order to make complete strip of staples fit without having to break of a piece of it off?

These staplers break waay too fast! Now have 4 of them broken from our business!
