what do you do if its the other way around. i have a fully setup table and i adjusted all the legs to be 2cm lower bjt one legs doesnt loosen no matter how much totate i turn it

What's the real world carry load of those? Ikea rates them at 13kg or 28lbs, which isn't a lot.
Will they break if I put 50kg on my table and lean on it a bit?
