Endgame honestly started most of these issues by killing off the wrong characters, ruining the development of others (Hulk, Thor), introducing time travel, and focusing on the characters that are leaving rather than the ones that will be their successors.

This video does a great job of describing what an absolute shitshow that Marvel became after the success of the Avengers. The new norm became thin, pathetic plotlines, big ole money grabs and slapstick super hero movies. Just kill off major characters and bring them back in a "new multiverse". Very bad, very boring...
