You put into words how I’ve felt most of my life. I used to tell my kids when they were younger to just be ordinary & average! They weren’t competitive at all & in a society that honors it, sometimes they felt less than! I support “less than” 💛 thank you for your ordinariness!

There is a beautiful story about it, unfortunately I don't remember wher it comes from. It's about two brothers.one day their father died and the have to discuss what to do next. One of them decided to go on a journey to find the meaning of life. The other one stayed and continued the work of his father, keeping household and taking care of the land. After many years the second brother came back after he had read any possible book in the world. He returned to his birth place with the same question he had left. His brother was happy to see him. In meantime he got family. And while there have been talking, the grandchildren were constantly interrupting and the man was always responding with love and compassion. In one moment the brother that had left the land, had realised that he was looking for something, that his brother found long time ago 😊
