The 2 qubit circuit implementation on the far left has the phase gate backwards. The control bit should be at q1, not at q0.

Also, in Qiskit notation the notation is reversed in that qubits q0, q1 have the following form: |q1 q0>
Standard form is |q0 q1>.

Shouldn’t QFT2 result in a 2x2 matrix instead of the 4x4? The QFT2 would mean N= 2^n = 2.

they have done a shit-ton of work simplifying the math somewhat since i graduated astrophysics in '93...

i would have done better in linear algebra and statistical mechanics if we had these processes to learn with...
