Summit War don't count as one arc, it is a saga, it has arcs inside of it, the Sabaody Archipelago, Impel Down, Amazon Lily, Marineford and Post War.

All Pokémon episodes are individual so I can't call it an arc . It's more like a journey .

You do realise Oda said he needs at least 5 more years to finish writing One Piece.
After Wano we have Elbaf, Laugh Tale, The Final War which Oda himself said will make The Summit War look tiny in comparison.
Let's not forget the ever growing list of questions we need answering so who knows it looks to me that we're going to have One Piece content flooding in for a long time.
