If you are doing a tutorial, then pay attention to what you are doing. Half of the video just shows that nothing works, especially because you ignore, that you don´t save the STL-file in you documents-folder and not on your desktop, because you don´t pay attention to the saving-path. Also, Blender-devs should pay attention to the supported formats for the future. AutoCAD is a widely used software. But the interaction between AutoCad and Blender is just a pain.

For STL export AutoCAD asks, "Select Objects"...

stl import is no problem from autocad to blender .But other files then that, its a pain .
