Ingredients
Beef 1/2 kg
Jau(barley)1/2 cup
Gandum(Broken wheat )1/2 cup
Split chickpeas (chana dal)1/2 cup
Dal mash(urad dal)1/4 cup
Dal Masoor (red lentils )1/4 cup
Dal moong(yellow lentils)1/4 cup
Chawal(rice)1/4 cup

Spices for Haleem

1 tbsp red chilli powder or to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin seed powder
cinnamon sticks
2 to 3 cloves
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 black cardamom
1/2 tsp jaifal & javetri powder (nutmeg & mace)
2 tezpat
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

Green chilli,fresh coriander,ginger & lemon for garnishing
