GUYS IN THE COMMENT, just back up your PlayGTAV, GTA5, GTAVLanguageSelect, GTAVLauncher, when ever theres an update just drop those bitcches back to the openiv replace the updated version and your game will work like usual, and you can keep doing this or just update your version when the newer scripthook is available.

it didn't work for me I deleted the dinput8.dll file then it let me start the game up but when i added back into the gtav main file it gave me the critical error again

I downloaded the most recent scripthook v, replaced the dllinput and scripthook v files with the new ones in the directory and now my game crashes at start up. Am I rocked for good or can this be fixed without having to reinstall everything

What do you do if I follow all steps and it doesn't work? I mean I can delete the file and play but without mods. Adding the new file back makes the error pop up again

Hey, nice post. Another fix posted recently didn't work for me. Deleting the DLL file did the trick!
