-Take out the mods folder out of the main Grand Theft Auto V folder. If it doesn't crash, Then put the mods folder back in, but remove the subfolders in the mods folder, one by one, and play it to see which one crashes the game. Once you find the corrupted folder/ mod, delete that folder and re-download the mods that you threw away

If your game keeps crashing at the startup loading screen, due to installing mods in game, a couple things do. Replace the game config file. You replace it, using OpenIV and make sure edit mode is on, and then go to you should scroll down, till you see game config, and it'll say compressed, encrypted. Find out what game version you have, which obviously everyone should be on the 2699 version of gta. Take the game config file, drag, and drop onto OpenIV and that'll replace the game config file, and should just say, compressed. Heap Limit Adjuster, and Packet Limit Adjuster are both something you need to put, into your GTA 5 main directory as well. That keeps the game, from crashing, and you'll be able to make use of whatever mods you have without the game crashing.
