So I'm having the issue today 3/31/2020 my version of my GTA V is 1.0.1868.1. On the Script Hook V website the listed version is v1.0.1868.0. What would I have to do, wait until the Script Hook V website updates?

Thank you so much it worked! The first step I was missing was that I didn't know where to find my version which is apparently 1.18something. Went to the download page, slapped it to my directory and worked immediately. Thanks again.
