Renovating A Massive Commercial Property Part 2

Welcome to our exterior building renovation project! As you have seen in previous videos, we are in love with the concept of real estate investing. The thing is, when you invest in properties, no matter how big or small, they need constant repair. This is one of those examples.

This 15,000s sqft building in the heart of Hopkins, MN needs an extreme facelift! And instead of hiring someone else to get the job done, my Uncle and I decided it would be fun to take on the project alone and bring you along for the ride.

Obviously, I underestimated how huge this project would be but we’ll get it done… eventually:)
