A renovated industrial unit on the outskirts of town.

Renting commercial properties for residential purposes isn't quite legal, but nevertheless, it is becoming quite popular.

This space was used for welding metal or some shit, so it was in a state before how it is presented now. It took this fella 2 months to get it cleans and liveable.

this is illegal in most places due to zoning. If you get caught living in a commercial unit....you getting evicted immediately.
