For me, the best thing about Japan is the cleanliness. The roads, pavements and station platforms all look so new without any dirt, black spots/blobs or pothole. ETA: Toilets as well.

I lived in Japan. Farmers actually leave their produce in the streets outside their farm with a money box and prices without the need of having anyone out there. People take and pay. Didn’t realize how important peace of mind was until I got to Japan. So many positive things there
