This pedal is a staple on my board. I love shimmer mode and it’s pretty much always set to that. It adds “air” to my second signal path which has the SY-1 on an organ setting to get a great pad sound under my main acoustic sound. Love this pedal.

Is shimmer still a thing ? Not sure if it was anything other than a trendy gimmick. At any rate the standouts are really the plate hall and modulate .. it’s also handy having a delay quickly available. The rest are due for an update. Love boss !

Very nice demo. I thought I was going to sell mine, but maybe I need to give it another chance. Were you using it straight into the front of the amp or in the effects loop? I have not had a lot of success straight in… but my current setup doesn’t have a loop….
