Both o2 first then narcan have suction ready. Beware of previously administered narcan. And get them between “normal” limits we don’t need to make this px wide awake. But just stable. If we do that we run the risk of an agitated patient with rebounding effects & possibility of projectile vomitting. Possible aspirated of their own vomit. We would obv try our best to suction but anything’s possivle and we could’ve avoided that.
