All I heard in the summer was Lotus Biscoff, Lotus Biscoff! I tried the spread and loveeee it! So I decided to bake with it and make some -

Lotus Biscoff Chocolate Chip Cookies!

These cookies are are loaded with Biscoff flavour and chocolate chips - they are so heavenly! There’s no added sugar in these, just what’s in the spread and choc chips (I don’t like overly sweet cookies).

These cookies are totally egg free.

Ingredients you’ll need:
- 150g Self raising flour
- 100g melted butter
- 300g Lotus Biscoff Spread
- 1 tablespoon grounded flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons of water (check your packet for the instructions)
- Handful of chocolate chips
- 6 Lotus Biscoff Creme for decoration (optional)
