Please make these changes in the visualization part before LASSO to get the correct thing:
ax.bar(ridge_coefficient["Columns"],
Estimate'],
color=color)


instead of:

ax.bar(lreg_coefficient["Columns"],
lreg_coefficient['Coefficient Estimate'],

color=color)
