if you pause the video and just watch his facial movements and body movements, he looks like hes trying his best to convince you to stay with him during a break up. Then you turn on the audio and its like hes yelling at you to get you to understand something.

Clearly, this man is passionate about teaching Ridge regression and knows a lot. I think its easier to follow when hes like checking up on you by saying, you need to understand this, and repeats words and uses his voice to emphasize concepts. I wish he could explain other things to me besides data science.
