You don’t need great baking skills, its super easy to make! You can make your own filling or you can try this juicy mushroom filling! It’s a great option for a healthy lunch or a family meal. Dough:
• 270g flour
• 100ml water
• 80ml vegetable oil
• 2 tsp tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2tsp baking powder
Filling
• 400g mushrooms
• 150g finely chopped onion
• herbs
• salt & pepper - to taste
• vegetable stock cube
• lemon juice
