Roti is the equivalent of Mexican "tortillas de harina" (wheat flour tortillas, very popular in the northern states of Mexico, as well as in TexMex food in the United States), and they're delicious 🥰... roti is an amazing option to Naan with dishes like Masalas, and of course, with any good Mexican "guiso"! Great, now I'm hungry and it's 1:45 AM lol
