EMI is calculated Monthly. So 8% x 12.

ROI is calculated Yearly.
So ROI - (Tax + 6% Inflation)

My Suggestions is Take some random amount of loan from Bank. Invest in market now everyone know 10-15% return rule. You will be earning profit a handsomely.

This is how truth. If you gain13% return in stocks and 8% interest is similar as you can only get incom after 30% income tax on higher income tax.

Same as taking loan for investing in market. Good idea for those who know how market works. Others can still take risk as in long term (5-7 years) even if there will be loss it will not be much and more probably will end up in profit only.
