Many banks don’t allow such facilities. They are quite clever they allow only one extra payment in every year. Not % increament in EMI

This only happens in case of home loan, not applicable for personal loan. You have to pay extra charges like pre-clousee charges etc etc if you want to repay anything extra emi except the terms & condition of the loan you have taken.

Instead of paying extra EMI at the end of year you can just pre-pay the principal amount from that emi and then get your emi increased by 10%. With this you are saved from paying the interest.

Sir, 1. Extra EMI Pay karna hai toh kya Bank ko Batana parega, ya apne aap hi pay kar dunga.
2. 5% Percent Increase kaise kar sakte hai eske liye kya Bank mein jana parega sir, Thoda Marg Darshan kijiye🙏
