For anyone wondering, I ended up getting MJF to sign it and then I sold it for $8500 and donated the money to Team Fox!

The seller was so excited to see the prop guy, but the guy hardly took notice of him

What a coincidence that the prop master for the movie was in town and right near by when this guy just randomly walked in to sell this. Just such a great coincidence!

Mark Zuckerberg: "I'd like to sell you facebook."
Rick: "Four dollars or get out of my store."

It could be worth $7, 500 if it has the original unsigned Oh LàLà Magazine inside.

I have a piece of paper signed by Abraham Lincoln.

See the fact that it's signed brings the value of the paper way down. I can give you 5 bucks

Good on that guy. I'm sure he can get more than 2500 for it.

He should have told the prop guy " Why don't you make like a tree and get out of here".

I never understood how an almanac about results for every sport during 50 years could be such a thin volume.

I 100% agree. Any collectable comic or prop should be kept as pristine as possible. If you want someone to sign a prop like this or a comic, use a freaking plastic cover!

Honestly if he would have gotten it signed on the inside it would be worth his 7, 500

The fact that the actor that played Biff signed it is pretty cool.

That's the first time I've seen an item devalued over a signature coming from the actors of the movie where the item was used.
