The comparison to a theremin is hilarious. I was like 11, 12 when all of these weird peripherals came out. Most people didn't have them, but now and then a friend would get a power glove or u-force. You'd all be hyped up to use it, and then pretty quickly realize they all suck and go back to your regular controllers. I forget the name, but there was one "controller" that you stood on and kinda leaned forward and backward and boy was it useless!

Not gonna lie I always had a soft spot for the u force it is a horrible controller for any game that isn't compatible with its flight stick but is a neat piece of technology for the time.
