Geez I think some people are too critical. This has been an incredible show from start to finish and even in its weak moments it far surpasses the garbage that we frequently get bombarded with on streaming platforms. The fact that season 4 and 5 aren’t even rated on Rotten Tomatoes is baffling. Do the critics believe it’s not worth their time to watch/review this phenomenal show? Are they too busy reviewing Vikings Valhalla?? Smh

I am just thankful to the cast and crew for the obvious pride they have taken in their craft. You all deserve to be recognized for your work and commitment.

The show is beyond splendid! I just wished they've shown a reunion between Uthred and his youngest son.

I loved this show, just finished the last one. I read 6 of the books and Alexander Dreymon brought Uhtred to life better than one could hope. His journey is so bittersweet and the way they showed the last clip, with him and his memories was perfect. Everybody did a fantastic job on this series from start to finish and ALL the actors were excellent. I ugly cried when Brida died as well as Osfirth, but that ending? Tears a plenty for Uhtred and his story. I will miss this!

Bro I love this show and the characters so much, I literally cried my eyes out in pure joy and happiness with and for Uhtred. What a journey, and to finally be back home. When it rained, that’s when the tears came.

This show made me cry a ton during the run, and this last season didnt pull any punches either. Beautifully emotional, and I cant wait for the movie ( although I would prefer more seasons)

I really expected they would give us a teaser of Athelstan's whole England conquest. The fact at the end Athelstan has beaten Uthred in a swordfight kinda give us a hint that he is the REAL DEAL.

this show is damn underrated. from start to finish. never a boring season. the ending? so many shows had great start, or boring mid season in between or they just ended so badly but TLK?

I ugly cried at the end seriously I was so overwhelmed. I was so invested in this show and the characters. We really went through the entire journey with him. The amount of emotions and crying he did at the end I really felt it man!! 😭😭😭it’s the best show fr I can’t believe everyone isn’t talking about it

You left out one of the most important parts, his son! The 'new' Utred. I love this show, but I do feel that season 5's story line was rushed. They could have split this into 2 seasons and then included the full 13 book series. I look forward to the movie!

This was one of Netflix’ best shows. Unfortunately you can’t count on them to continue with more seasons. They always do this and the fans end up disappointed and pist at Netflix. They did this with Marco Polo, which could’ve been great. I hate when Netflix does this. I alway hope that another network picks up the show.

I think Last Kingdom Season 5 was phenomenal and great, obviously somethings that we didn’t see fully like Uhtred Showing his youngest son Osbert that he’s his father and this is his home, and Aethelstan growing up to become King and if Uhtred and Eadith are married will be shown in The Last Kingdom 7 Kings must die film, as that is a epilogue film after season 5 prolly about Aethelstan being older and becoming King

I thought the acting was exceptional. The emotions on Alexander's face told most of the story. Even his faint changes of face as he reacted to the story put me into his mind set a brutally skilled warrior who suffered because he was upright and just

I binge watched this weekend I cried like a newborn child at the end, I was so happy with all that he had been through finally claimed back his birth rite . I did not want it to end . Thank you To The Last Kingdom Cast ❤️

He deviated from the books, sygtriggyr would still be alive. Stiorra was killed before him.
He and Uhtred avenge her death. I was more upset with his and Osberth’s death. The only person they did not show when Uhtred was remembering aspects of his life was Thyra or did I miss it?

I cried so much this season. The death of Sigtryggr fucking ruined me
