OMG Akis, this was such a hit....my cousins came to visit (BTW, their mom who's an amazing Greek bakery/cook has spoiled them all their lives) and I made this for them, AND WELL they loved it!!!! I didn't have time to take a picture to share with you. Everyone dove in! And it was a hit on my very first attempt. Thank you always for your entertaining and informative way of teaching and sharing your recipes.

Very random but we went to crete a few weeks ago and were watching TV in our AirBnb and I was so proud to see my boy Akis on TV there! I've been in marketing and branding for over 30 years and I love what you've done with your Brand. That of course is second to how much I love your recipes and moreover, how much my Mom loves them. Mind you she is a 77 year old woman that has successfully cooked just about every meal in the Greek Cuisine and considers you "A Greek God of the Kitchen" (go ahead, you can use that, lol).
