Everyone have different context about weakness . You can't satisfy with your answer to that question as they may think you are arrogant as they think you are non listener . So I would say rather that weakness is personal trait which shouldn't be revealed as in this World people use for their advantage . I think HR should move on from this type of question

Mam there was 2 round for group discussion, 1st is general and 2nd is technical. But in 1round I am not even say words but in second round I gave the answers confidently....will they select me or they see knowledge about topic or my confidence????
