When he spawned for me he spawned next to 2 full stacks and it was just him alone

The story of the advisor makes sense now... he was the tainted light wizard in the first ever cinematic and was tainted by Chaos. He got rid of the taint and met Sartoriel in Warhammer 3. The events of Warhammer 3 is a prelude to Warhammer 1.

When I had no idea about Warhammer or the lore I thought this daemon was gonna be some incredibly powerful final boss, then I read the lore on Archaon and thought "poor bird, why'd tzeentch send him on this suicide mission?"

I was in the empire when this happened and he spawned right next to 4 Bretonnia stacks and got destroyed immediately

Feel like he should have spawned in Vortex-style with like four full armies at his back. This is a lot of buildup for a really anti-climactic end

The way he says "your empire" makes it seem like this cutscene was originally intended to be for all races, and that sarthorael would become the big bad of the game as a whole. If it was just intended for Chaos, it'd be better if he used a more correct term to make it seem like it isn't such a general gesture of impeding doom upon the general world leaders.

We must also consider the possibility of Tzeentch just being fed up with Sarthorael. He isn't above killing off his own Lords of Change if it means furthering his plan.
