County of Roanoke PLL Dashboards Using EURL and Spatial Views in ArcGIS SDE

Roanoke County is a long time Cityworks customer and implemented Cityworks AMS in 2015 and PLL in 2019. Since implementing PLL, the County’s utilization has advanced significantly. This presentation will focus on dashboard usage in PLL. This presentation will explore the County’s evolution of the usage of dashboards, starting with SQL triggers and views in the Cityworks database and now utilizing ESRI’s Operations Dashboard with Cityworks PLL data. Roanoke County dashboards are built using Cityworks EURL but also SQL views that are brought into our enterprise geodatabase and made spatially aware so that we can display data not captured by searches in Cityworks.
