Some of y'all are missing the point. While Marlena should've made Jacylyn sign a contract, Jacylyn had EVERY OPPORTUNITY during those 18 months leading up to the launch to back out or tell Marlena the collab wasn't going to work. It's about common courtesy and being considerate of others' time, money, energy, and resources. Not only that, but Jacylyn KNEW Marlena had the product ready to go and could've easily given her a date. So no Jacylyn is not the victim, especially when she cost a business over a million dollars in revenue simply because it's "not going to work out."

One mistake Marlena made in good character is nothing to Jaclyn literally ghosting her for 8-9 months, making her redistribute products, lose literally millions of dollars. Then telling her she couldn’t schedule a meeting with her while bringing a morphe representative to the same lab Marlena was working at on the SAME DAY. STOP SUPPORTING JACLYN HILL

Yes always have a contract before conducting any business even with close friends and family. Marlena I'm sorry you learned this lesson the hard way ! We learned there are some people not to be trusted no matter how close of friends you think you are and to always have a contract no matter who you are doing business with.

I checked out from jac a very long time ago. I was truly and quite literally one of her strongest earliest most avid supporters. The lack of character had to always be there she just hid it so well. She was unfortunately persuasive in convincing an audience she was worthy of their trust and adoration. Now all I see is an extremely self obsessed, greedy person consumed by an insatiable need for luxury and cash.
