The headline says it all. Garland would not even bother with a special counsel if it wasn't for politics calling him out. And we all know it is just for show. Just like Hillary Cilnton they will find Biden guilty but take no action and say something silly like we don't think any prosecuter would be interested in persuing the case.

The reality is Trump had plenary power to declassify whatever he pleased, meanwhile Biden never had that power while VP. After such a massive fuss was made about the, much more securely held documents at Mar a Lago, I’m sure the media will hold Biden to the same level of accountability.
