Papa Jim Pizza Recipe:
+ 1 x 260g dough ball
+ Sprinkle of semolina
+ 1 tbsp garlic olive oil
+ 1 tbsp grated Grana Padano or Parmigiano-Reggiano or Pecorino Romano
+ 1 tbsp grated Fior Di Latte, fresh
+ 2 tbsp torn Fior Di Latte, aged
+ 2 tbsp tomato sauce
+ 1 tsp dried oregano
+ 6 pieces spianata salami
+ 10 black olives

I'll have to give this method a go in my Dome! Currently I preheat the oven to 450c and put the pizza in with a screen. Door on flame off for 2-3 mins, door off remove the pizza screen and flame on to give some char!

I want to love this series but I love the people and shops more than the tool so far. $1500 and the chefs are showing on camera that it cooks unevenly (burning in the back, uncooked on the front. Does the Gozney live up to the hype?

What temp were you cooking on the Gozney? I've been trying the traditional New Haven 650F but don't get that nice bottom char/leoparding even after 6 minutes or so.

Never seen anyone wear gloves making pizza. Also using shaker for oregano hahaha must've worked in an office prior.
