I have gone through 3 nose gear replacements. I'm on number 4. However this forth one I am replacing the stock nose gear with the nose gear from the FMS Avanti V3 70mm. You have to remove the landing gear lights which I am ok with. I have the Avanti V3 and that nose gear is solid. I've been taking off of grass with it all summer with zero issues.

Nice video as always Rich, this is a great flying jet, rolls out nicely on our field as well, only issues we’ve seen is the weak nose gear, gotta he her on the mains and bring her down gently, thanks for sharing guys👊🏼👊🏼👍🏼👍🏼💥💥🔥

Which transmitter are you using? Does SAFE have to be on a shared channel with anything else if you're using a six channel transmitter?

You will be replacing the front nose gear after long if not sooner. It doesn't like grass. I don't think it's strong enough to withstand the pressure from the grass. It starts to collapse after awhile. Mine did when I went to maiden. Lol it collapsed on taxi out. Maybe the fix the problem. I bought mine a year ago.
