Oil has some really great patterns. Patterns over everything. Also Gold has been good to. I used to stay clear from Gold but now we are besties.

I'm primarily a oil trader as well. It's plenty volatile and moves nicely for day trading.

For me I'm married too EUR/USD. It's my babyyy, 😏
But I also trade gold as well. Only 2 pairs I trade. That's all I need since I'm an intraday and swing trader for EUR/USD.

But for gold tho, I'm just a intraday trader.

Just started Using live account today. Made heavy losses, lost most of my capital. My technical analysis was good but still my losses would go up so fast that I had to exit the trade cuz if I had waited sometimes it did go back in my favor.

Really demotivated :(. I tried scalping and price would move and and down so quickly that I had to exit the trades.

What should I do?

I think when you trade a particular market, over time you get a feel for that market and you get comfortable with that markets behavior. Idk that’s what I think, for whatever that’s worth. 🤷‍♂️

so you prefer to trade oil and gold over all the indices? so far i have only traded NAS with futures. when i was trading forex, i was doing currency pairs obviously, but a lot of NAS, US30 and S&P500
