I don’t get what they mean by “no one kisses like that”. Do they mean in the rain? Mouth placement? Speed of going in for it? (Lack of) hand placement? It looks like a fairly normal kiss, a tad more aggressive than the first kiss scene but not unrealistic?

Yeah, so I’ll never forget being in a pride parade, I was operating the float, my now husband was walking with the youth. And the heavens opened up and began to pour on us. I immediately jumped out of the float ran to my husband just so I could kiss him in the rain.

This is real life, if you want it to be.
