Electrical engineer here. Because conduit and circuit routing is means and methods. I typically only model conduit above a certain size or if there is a specific instance where it is necessary. We aren’t hiding it from you. I guarantee if we did show all conduit routes, electricians would be pissed because we are making their jobs more difficult by not letting them do their job. And also, any change to routing based on field conditions is now a change order.

That 3D design is awesome. Truly leaves no room for disagreements between the trade workers and architects.

In the USA I've seen plumbers/electricians drill holes in and/or remove section of HVAC venting to run wires/pipes. Or some trades even cut out load bearing beams and compromise the structure to make room for vents/pipes.

I would pay extra to obtain such a level of detail that nearly any homeowner can easily inspect as work progresses.

Plumbing wise, a master plumber has a lot of leeway to correct an engineer in the US. Its not that they are incompetent, its just that we are specialized in our trade and are not overloaded by juggling all the trades.

Your tools and material's used made your job easier especially the pipe you installed in my country we use so much time & man power just to bind pipes it would be easier if my country use that kind of pipe too

I’ve had engineers that put hvac and electrical literally on top of each other because they wrote them out as different plans and when asked what to do they say “figure it out” and then get mad on trim out when the lights aren’t where they drew them

The last build I had an architect on, he forgot to draw in several structural beams, and he didn’t even bother designing circuits.
