Swim pro strength is for me a way to feel relaxed while doing a fun workout. And because of this virus I haven’t been swimming lately on my swim team, so swim pro strength for me means to never give up and keep trying. And I will remember that when I get back in the pool. Ps. I love this workout.

It's been a year since I've been able to go to the pool. When looking for dry land workouts, I really hated that most videos were just a few minutes long and they would basically just say do this for 10 repetitions, and I would have to pause the video, do the exercise, then play it for the next exercise. I love that you do then entire workout right along with me, so I can just let the video play.

I start swimming training Back AT my Fitness Center for the first time in (2) years after COVID lockdown!!😁❤️🏊‍♀️

Day I go back is this Saturday!!
Can’t wait to be back at the gym/pool!!

I’ve been swimming for the past (4) months at my home pool ALL summer learning a whole LOT!!
And I’m ready to put my skills into a REAL swimming pool of (25 yards)

i LOVE THIS WORKOUT IT IS SO GOOD TO DO. I WILL DO THIS MORE DEFENITLY. MY FAVORITE DRYLAND EXERCISE IS LEG LIFTS THEY ARE A CHALLANGE THAT'S WHY I LIKE THEM.

So the reason I swim is because I'm not allowed to jump, run or lunge with my knee injuries :/

Thanks for the great video! I’m unsure whether I can try to become a good swimmer though.
I used go swim from a young age but never took it seriously and only joined a yearly school competition. I’m 15 now (turning 16 in a few months) but I feel like its too late to try start swimming again. I started getting inspired to try swimming again (thank u free😊) so I hope after quarantine I can try to get better. Is it too late to try?
