I've only seen 'how it's made' videos for the US, where they just dump ingredients into a large machine and the product eventually comes out. I love to see the care and talent it takes to make these items. I think I would feel guilty to eat such hard work!

I remember playing Cooking Mama on the DS as a kid and there was a senbei recipe. The stamping process reminded me of all the times I couldn't stamp the senbei perfectly in the middle 😅 These people are really admirable for making these beautiful snacks 👏👏👏

Ever since I was a kid, I was always fascinated by the "snow" decoration on certain types of senbei.. It was cool to see how fancy senbei are born.
