Using OnePlus 7T, the screen on time is 7.5hr on avg with regular use.. the only con I would have to agree is the screen flickering but DC dimming fixed it.. overall a good phone

This is my favorite one plus phone. Especially the 599.00 USD price tag. Macro zooming is very cool. Also the warp charging & 90hz display. Can you really see a difference between 1440p or 1080p? I don't think so. The price is it's main selling feature, great review!

1:47 Screen Flickering because if the refresh rates
The display uses different gamma curves for different refresh rates. It’s hard for panel vendor to tune the curves to have exact same brightness for different refresh rate. So flicker could be observed at switch time. The issue is worse at the gamma lower end. In addition, human eyes are more sensitive to the flicker at darker environment. To prevent flicker, we only support higher refresh rates if the display brightness is above a threshold. And the darker environment could have higher threshold.

13:11-13:30 Yes you said right. I had purchased the 6T last year for 38k which lacked many features like Stereo speakers, Warp Charging, etc. Six months later they launched 7 series with all of the above features at just 33k 🙄 I feel that the 6T was simply overpriced for no reason.

The rog2 is purely gaming centric
But the op7t is an allrounder device in this price range
