When Prince Froggy is defeated, it can be seen that Yoshi goes down, so he comes out of the frog's ass. Also if you notice the traumatized face of Yoshi when he came out, I would say that it was not a good exit.

The slot machine level is weird and unsettling. The music doesn’t really help.
Negative Man truly deserves his name. I feel sorry for him.
The Prince Froggy battle is quite distasteful for a Yoshi’s Island game.
