Earthbounds weird and creepy nature is why I love the game so dearly.

I thought the final battle in Starfox Assualt was kinda creepy/unsettling, where all dead characters in the Starfox universe becomes like a part of a powerful deity which you must destroy. Among the dead is also James McCloud, Fox's father, and under the influence of the Aparoid queen, she is using him to taunt Fox to give up and remind him of old trauma.

I will always get scared of 1:42 BEN, 4:54 that bad ending (it scares the hell out of me) and 8:39 NOT TAKE MIRROR!

Others are also very creepy like Earthbound and Mother but I think the ReDeads and dead hand from OOT should have been there as honorable mention but it's just my opinion.
