While I don't mind the increasing volume of the music and the explosion, I couldn't help but feel disappointed that it wasn't a ton of clips of the blue ranger in different fight scenes or that gore was shooting everywhere.

The key thing about this scene is, this show is set in a post-apocalyptic world where 99% of humanity has been killed by that lady's boss. The blue ranger (and his ageing father) are quite possibly the LAST Scotsmen on earth. The blue ranger being Scottish isn't just him showing national pride - it's defiantly spitting in the face of the people who wiped out his homeland and are currently trying to stomp out its last surviving remants.
